Who is eligible for our programs?
Pregnant Women and Moms who have a child under the age of 1 are eligible for our Learn and Earn Program. Women parenting children over the age of 1 are eligible for Well Life and Life Coaching.
What is the time commitment?
The Learn & Earn Program
8-9 Classes total, plan on a 2 hour appointment each time you come. Classes are self-scheduled and the program must be completed within 1 year of your join date.
Life Coaching
Coaching is available as part of your 2-hour Learn & Earn appointment. Exclusive Life Coaching appointments are also available. These sessions are self-scheduled, plan on 1 hour appointments.
Well Life
12 Sessions total, twice a month for 6 months. This is a group program so classes are on a set schedule. Plan on 1 hour each time you come.
Can my partner or family member attend classes with me?
Absolutely, we welcome partners and family members to participate in our classes.
Is there a cost for the programs and services?
All programs and services are free.
Are interpreting services provided?
We provide Spanish interpretation services free of cost. Please contact us for inquiries about other language needs.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins may be possible but to minimize your wait time, we recommend you call to schedule an appointment in advance.
Will my visit be confidential?
Absolutely. We do not share your information with anyone
What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a photo ID with you to your first appointment.
Do you have childcare while I attend class?
We provide free childcare during our Well Life Sessions. We do not have childcare during the self-scheduled Learn and Earn classes.
